Hello What is the criteria for kashmiri migrant quota in mbbs course and what is the cutoff and which state provides admission under kashmiri migrant quota

Dear aspirant,

The candidates from Jammu and Kashmir have to submit a self declaration form while participating in the counselling process. With this is self declaration, the candidate can appear for the 15% all India quota counselling all across the states. This candidates are eligible for 85% state quota counselling of Jammu and Kashmir the migrants of Jammu and Kashmir are those individuals who had left Kashmir long back due to the cause of terrorism and even for the same, the candidates will have to furnish will the necessary documents.

  • Attested copy of Migration Certificate dully signed by competent authority or Relief Commissioner
  • Attested copy of DMC of qualifying examination
  • Attested copy of DMC of 10th
  • Proof of application fee deposition
  • The candidates applying under Kashmiri Migrants (K.M.) will produce a certificate in the support of their claim from the competent authority or Relief commissioner.


Currently there are three states : Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka that offer reservation.
