Hello dear student,
Internal exams carry some weightage out of total percentage that reflects in the end semester result. But if won't be able to pass the internal assessment test then you won't fail in the external exams. But you need to score passing percent marks in the external end semester. If you won't be able to get the desired marks to pass final external exam then dear student you might can fail if you have already been failed in internal assessment test .
