Hello,

I would say you should stick to your background, i am talking about engineering.You have gave your 4 years of studying and 2.3yrs of job for this field then i would should you should go for the industrial engineering course.Though MBA has its own benefits and so the bottom line will be that its totally upto you that you really want to do and what really excites you to learn because at the end of the day it you only that has to life your life on you terms so your decision in must.
