For top IIMs like IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIMK, IIML, IIMI, target a percentile of 95+ at least which means 160+ score.
If you get around 98+ percentile that would be strengthening your chance.
However, remember, with changing trends merely scoring a good percentile is not guaranteeing a seat in B-schools.
One really needs to be extraordinary to outdo the other candidates, as the colleges seek toppers, passionate people who have done or achieved something remarkable in life so far.
