According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 1,40,000 and on the basis of this rank it is little bit hard to get CSE from General category but there is little advantage in REAP counselling that if your JEE-Main percentile is low but 12th percentage is high so you can apply from your class 12th percentage or vice-versa. So, on the basis of your class 12th percentage you can get CSE in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur.

Note that above prediction is based on previous years cut-off trends and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors. Till now the cut-offs are not released for REAP so I am guiding you according to previous years cut-off.
