Well dear your rank if its 480-500 then it will be somewhere in between 25,000-30,000 in all India category.You have fair chances of getting MBBS/BDS colleges.But,whether you will get a college or not will grealtly depend upon the category yoi belong to.

Also,the cutoff's of the colleges keep changing every year so nothing can be gurenteed.
