To answer your query, a candidate with minimum 40% disability is considered as an PWD candidate, and must have minimum 45% in 10+2+3, to be eligible to apply in IIM's.

Also, a good CAT score, and decent co-curricular, and extra-curricular will will surely help you to get into IIM's.
