Hi Ashin,
Sorry but with the score getting a seat in government medical in not possible especially if you belong to general category.
You might get some private or deemed college under management quota.
You can use NEET college predictor to check your expected MBBS College based on your NEET AIR.

Sorry but with these marks you won't be able to get a govt or private medical colleges the competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in the medical college
