Ya for nsit eligibility criteria is only 60% aggregate in physics chemistry and maths so if you secure required cutoff marks in jee mains then you are eligible 

Hello Roman ,thanks for asking this question on this platform as from 2019 it is compulsory to have minimum 75%  for general category students o get admission in any IIT or NIT .and if you give the exam and you will clear it still at the time of admission you will not able to get admission.thanks

Minimum requirement to give jee is 70% in 12th board examination you will not be able to appear in JEE Mains 2019 as for admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class XII. If you are general then you wont be able to give jee.
