Hello,
In cut 2019 the cut off for ECE for General category was 26.7 marks. And with the marks you have scored you may not get seat in any IITs, NITs, IIITs.You can get private colleges. But cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam, previous years cut off trends.

But i checked some NITs like Jalandhar , Patna , kurukshetra, Uttrakhand, etc and IISC in earth science department and in IIT Delhi in optics department, I'm able to apply w.r.t. Previous year cutoff . So, can i go for it or not?
