Hi aspirant,

Sports quota is another way of taking admission in colleges. Certain seats are entitled to this particular quota. Candidates who have played at State / National/ International level for tournaments conducted by the State/National/ World associations and showcased sporting achievements are eligible to apply under the sports quota to get admission.

Examination authority of KCET reserves certain amount of seats for the candidates falling under this criteria.

Who are eligible for Sport Special Category?

1. Candidates who have won National level cups/medals in Super-A Games or B-Games during five years of basic education in Karnataka
2. Candidates who have won cups and medals in Super-A and B- Games while studying in Karnataka from class 8 and 12 (five years)
