Hey dear yes you’re eligible for IIT Mumbai you’re eligible for mechanical,Civil and ece branches with high chances so no need to worry about it

Yes, according to last year's closing ranks josaa opening closing ranks you have good chances of getting civil at IIT Mumbai.
You can get other IITs too. Refer the above link for details.
