There can be two reason for you to not be able to register for the counselling process for BJMC 126 and it is not being accepted. 

First of them can be that a candidate cannot register for counselling till the time he or she doesn't pay the counselling fees first either through debit card (online) or through bank challan(offline) .

Second can be , if you have paid the counselling fees but you have done so through offline method , then you have to wait for 2 working days before you can register. 

If none of this is the issue, then I would suggest you call the admission cell and ask for help. I hope this answered your query.  All the best
