As per the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank in KCET 2021 your rank is 16k . But this is not your exact rank because the rank predicted above is on the basis of previous year's data.

The allocation for top agriculture college  cut-off was closed around 1k-1.5k rank in 1st round. So, you have a  chance to get a seat for B.Sc. agriculture in 1st round with some good reservation like caste and agriculture quota. If you don't get any good college, You can try in further rounds. You will definitely get a seat in agriculture because you have OBC and Agriculture quota.
