Dear Rajesh, MP is not an Open State. The only chance to apply for Government Colleges/Deemed/Central Universities of other States is during All India Counselling. During mop up round, all the unfilled, vacant seats of that particular State will be transferred to the respective States amd only domicile candidates can apply for the same. And regarding Private Medical Colleges, they are filled in through State Counselling including the Government and Management Quita seats. After the counselling, if any seats are left vacant, they will be filled by Direct admission. Or else, without a domicile of MP, you cannot seek admission in their Private Medical Colleges.
