I am domicile of MP. Please let me know in which states medical counselling I can participate other than MP for state level quota ?

The only thing I want to suggest you in this regard is that if you want to get admitted in other state via you can get into it only through AIQ counselling. For any other state quota you must have domicile of that state.

I heard that some states are OPEN state, they allow other state candidates also for state level counselling. As per your reply, my information is wrong. Is is so ?

Yes provided the state allows other students to participate.Maharashatra does not allows to attend the counselling for students who are from other state.Only Deemed universities of Maharashatra allow students of other states to apply.Madhya Pradesh allows students from the other state only in the last(MOP UP) round.Similarly Chattisgarh allows students of other states to appear in last round.Whereas UP,Karnataka,WestBengal,Bihar etc do not have such restrictions.
It means I can participate in State Coulselling of UP, Karnataka, WB & Bihar even though I am non-dmicile of these states.Which other states allows same ?Thanks for your guidence.
