I am sorry to inform you that with 65% marks  you will not be able to get admission in delhi university as delhi university requires at least 85% marks in your best four subjects so as to allocate a seat to you. I would suggest you to look for some good private colleges for admission in ba such as amity university, manipal university, st xaviers college etc
