College of Engineering Trivandrum takes admissions in Engineering (B.Tech) on the basis of the scores obtained in the KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Architecture, Medical Entrance Examination).
The cutoffs for the same will vary depending on many factors such as number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty of paper set,etc.
Also it will change depending on the category and branch required in Engineering. According to 2017, the closing rank for Computer Science was 641 and in 2016 it was 641. (since computer science branch has highest cutoffs in almost all institutes I have mentioned of it.)
So I suggest you to score as high as possible to get branch of our choice.
