For entrance to Mtech in any IIT they is common entrance test that is GATE.you can select any branch from your core subjects. The placements for IIT are with good packages and you can also go for PhD if u are interested.

IIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2019



Candidates wishing to take admission must refer to eligibility criteria of IIT Delhi M.Tech 2019 before filling the application form. With the help of IIT Delhi M.Tech 2019 eligibility criteria, candidates will have an idea whether they are eligible or not. Eligibility criteria of IIT Delhi M.Tech 2019 must be fulfilled by the candidates. Candidates must have qualifiedGATE 2019entrance examination or should be an IIT graduate with a CGPA of 8.5 and above. Candidates not meeting IIT Delhi M.Tech 2019 eligibility criteria will not be offered admission.



Candidates should have qualified their qualifying degree (B.Tech/B.E.)



Candidates must have secured a valid score in GATE 2019 entrance examination.



Candidates who have graduated from IIT must have secured a minimum CGPA of 8.0 in their qualifying examination. For SC/ST candidates minimum CGPA required is 6.75 to 6.25.



Candidates who have qualified AMIE or Grad IETE qualifications will also be considered for admission on the basis of their performance in AMIE/Grad IETE. Such candidates will have to complete 24 valid credits specified by concerned DRC/CRC/PEC along with valid GATE score.

M.Tech in IITs is possible through GATE.

Students who qualify the GATE 2020 becomes eligible to take admission in any of the participating institutes which offers admission through GATE.

The admission is however subject to meeting the eligibility criteria. The admission process of IITs, NITs, CFTIs and other institutes vary and students have to continuously check the institute website regarding any admission updates.
