BIT Mesra is a deemed University and it takes admission strictly on the basis of JEE Mains.

The specific portion of seats are reserved for the students of Jharkhand.

So, if you are a jharkhand candidate, you can get admission even at 60k rank but if you are a candidate belonging to any other state, then you need rank below 25k to get a good branch in BIT Mesra.

BIT Mesra is a GFTI institute which conducts its admission through the JOSAA counselling by considering the JEE MAIN scores. Hence you have to fill up all the programs that you want in the counselling and wait for subsequent rounds. Check cut-off of BIT Mesra to know your chances for various branches.
