The eligibility conditions for KEA second round of  counselling are same as the NEET . And to be eligible for second round of counselling , it is mandatory to participate in the first round of counselling .  Candidates who participated in first round of counselling , but could not get a seat can only participate in the second round of counselling.

Since you did not participate in first round of counselling , you can not participate in second round of counselling.

Dear student, you can definitely participate directly in the second round of counselling, if you have not registered for the first round. For this you need to visit the official website of KEAM, and register yourself along with choice filling options. And then finally you need to pay the required counselling fees.
