Hi Sambhram,
Hope you are doing well. When choice entry link is released in the official KEA website, you need to login using your login credentials. You will be provided with 4 choices. The first choice is for getting admissions in the allotted colleges, second and third choice is for moving to the second round of seat allotment and the fourth choice is the surrender the seat and withdraw the participation from K-CET counselling. You need to choose any one choice based on your interest. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
