Relaxation for girls is not something that is decided by a particular College but by a selection committee after receiving requests from various Colleges and committees. This decision in any university /institution is made in order to promote girls education and the need to get our girls educated.

Coming back to your question, yes if a girl scores 92% and the cut off is 93% and she meets every other criteria led down by the institution,then yes with 92% she can get admission owing to the 1% relaxation granted to them.
