In VMMC the total number Of All India quota seats is 40, out of which subsidised and non-subsidised seats are 31 and 9 respectively. So for general AIQ, Seats are 20.

For, DELHI QUOTA, total 81 seats. Out of which 16 are non-subsidised. And 25 are general category seats from the subsisized category.

Non subsidised  seats in VMMC are the seats provided by government to help the students. Because the fees of VMMC is very high around. so if you get the admission through IPU allotment, you will get the subsidised seat. And, according to the merit list, the last 9 students of merit list will not get the non subsidised seats.
