Amity: Go to their website and you would be determined to study there. However, the reality is way different. Two of the most incompetent people I have ever known, are the products of AMITY. It promises to suck the last penny from your pocket( from mine at least, since I belong to a middle class family). The teaches are people with books of foreign publishers and not interested in the needs of the students. In short, it's a good place for the rich parents to get their good-for-nothing child a graduate degree.

Galgotias:

It is still better than AMITY because of the affordable fee structure, more opportunities for students and inter-college level learning. The crowd at AMITY is undoubtedly better than Galgotias.

Beside this if you are going for placement and faculty Galgotia is a better option. In galgotia faculties are kind hearted. So now it depends on you.
Have a great day.
