IIIT Nagpur was established a year before IIIT Surat. IIIT Surat have better overall ratings than IIIT Nagpur. Total fees is expensive in IIIT Nagpur than in IIIT Surat. Whereas from infrastructure perspective IIIT Nagpur is better than IIIT Surat. Even the no of seats is quite high in IIIT Nagpur. IIIT Nagpur they have good placement record but highly inconsistent. Highest package offered is around 20lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is around 3lakhs per annum and average package offered is 6 Lakhs per annum. Though IIIT Surat have better ratings, IIIT Nagpur is the best comparatively.

I will suggest you to go for IIIT NAGPUR as it holds very advanced and application based curriculum and the institute strictly focuses on the technical development of the student. Apart from studies institute is also active to give opportunities to students to develop their personality by organizing different extracurricular activities .

Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur is located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

CS branch is good here. The total fees for whole course is around 8.51 lakhs. Placements are nice here. The highest salary package of 9 LPA was offered to three students, and the average salary package offered was 6 LPA. One of the students got a salary package of 20 LPA off-campus.

In IIIT Surat the fees for CSE course is around 5.65 lakhs. Placements are average. The salary package offered is around 6 LPA-10 LPA. Infrastructure is good otherwise.

Overall IIIT Nagpur is better then IIIT Surat in terms of placements .
