How is the possible to participating in LLB entrence exam for accused person by the court?plz tell me answer

Hi Preetam,

There is no provision which stops you from appearing for any kind of entrance exam if you are accused in a court case. Provided that if you secure an admission in any of the colleges you apply to you should disclose all the information from your end to the institution. If you do not suppress any of the information and the BAR Council is convinced then you can practice as a lawyer.
