Hi Aspirant,

You should get about 75-85 percentile in order to get chance in IIITs being SC student.Above 85 percentile can fetch you good colleges of IIITS in good streams like CS AND IT.But below percentile will fetch you streams like electrical,mettalurgy,mechanical etc.You can check the colleges you can get through the link below:
