Hello Aspirant.
As you've mentioned that you've scored 150 marks in JEE main examination and you're a diploma holder. Hence, as you're a diploma holder you won't be getting admission into any NITs or CFTIs. Hence, you're qualified for JEE advanced but can't get IIIT through it.
You can go for IIIT undergraduate entrance examination to get admission into IIITs.
