Cutoff rank cannot be predicted exactly because it depends upon various factors. Score varies almost every year and differs from one branch to another.It may be vary depending on question paper and cutoff rank.

If you are a st category student,then you just need to score 55%-65% marks in jee advanced paper to get Admission in Jee advanced ......you need to work very hard to score that marks....so better you start from today and practice more and more questions.

Youhave to be more specific. As in what branch you need in IIT B. IIT B has branches that take people up to ranks of 1200/1300 from general category. This means abouta category rank of 250/350. This rank means a general rank list rank of 4000 or 5000. This means you needto score gen category cutoff + 30/40 approx.
