Cutoff is 40000 ranks approximately as per 2017 Home State Quota In General category in jeemains for Mining engineering course.

For other state quota and General category clising cutoff rank is 36714 as per 2017 trends.

However cutiff will vary for all categories and quotas.

Hi Aspirant,

Ranks vary year to year and since IIEST started admission through jee main from 2015 only, the cutoffs are decreasing gradually. For 2017, the closing ranks are around 13000 for computer science, around 17000 for electronics, 19000-20000 for electrical, mechanical and information technology etc. Around 29000 for civil engineering and 34000-35000 for metallurgy And mining. All those are final closing ranks, i.e. after the final round of counselling.

Approximately, for getting into 35000 rank, your marks should be around 150 and around.

Give your best to get into your desired branch and desired college.

Hope this helps.
