SRM University take it's own JEE . For Ramapuram, Vadapalani and NCR, Delhi campuses : Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM is required to be eligible for SRMJEE.

• Candidates who have attempted Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the SRMJEEE (UG) are eligible for all the B.Tech. degree programs and also relevant programs in Health Sciences (UG).
• Candidates who have attempted Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the SRMJEEE (UG) are eligible for B.Tech. Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering and Genetic engineering programs and also for relevant programs in Health Sciences (UG).

SRM university conducts its own entrance exam SRMJEE for admission to its engineering courses and admissions are based on the cutoff. Cutoff varies every year due to level of difficulty of paper and many factors, so it is not possible to exactly predict what marks will be required. So it is suggested to keep a high target.
