To pursue BSC in food and Agriculture , you will shouldhave to appear for k CET . Whether you will get admission in BSC Agriculture depends on cut off of the College in which you had applied.

However you should  secure minimum 50% score in entrance exam ie KCET, which means you should score minimum 100 marks out 200 marks in k CET. The merit list is prepared on the basis of kcet score.
