IIT Delhi offers 12 programmes and 7 interdisciplinary programmes in M.Tech. field. The aspiring candidates have to seek GATE examination, the admission process is based on GATE score or an IIT graduate. Some of the M.Tech. programmes offered by IIT Delhi are :
