CTAE and MBM are two most prestigious engineering colleges of Rajasthan. They have a legacy and one of the oldest colleges of Rajasthan. Both the colleges have great facalities for students. And both of them give a platform to students to showcase thier talent. 

If you compare the two college the only difference you will find is in placements. But MBM is also not ahead of CTAE in every branch. Branches like Mining and agriculture have great placements in CTAE Udaipur. The placements of branches like CS are better in MBM. But it also depends on your talent. 

Overall both colleges are good and will provide you the best possible things to make you a successful engineer.
