The education fee for Birla Institute  is 1,36,000 per semester. It means 2,72,000 rs per annum. For total fees, include electricity bill, Mess bill and extras which are obviously different for all according to consumption. You can roughly say the extras and bill would cost 60k–70k per annum.

Thus your per annum cost will be approx 3.5 lacs.
