The fee waiver of IIT for the M.Tech domain is about 1 lakh for the top premises of IIT as well for the other premises it may get vary. Below the link is given through which you can able to check all the details about that . Infact you can also be able to check the fee structure of the M.Tech Course via the official website of that respective IIT.
