Call BITS pilani for m.tech admm. They will take your admission. Only you need to have 10lakh in your pocket to pay them as fee. They conduct their own test for sake of name only.

Hi,
According to past year trends
To get into BITS Pilani you have to score atleast
450+ marks if you are of general category
400+ marks if you are of OBC category
350+ marks if you are of SC or ST Category
