Hi Aspirant!

The criterias for application in IIT Guwahati are as follows:

  • Candidates with a valid GATE score are eligible for IIT Guwahati M.Tech admission.
  • The candidates must score at least 60% of marks or 6.0 CPI out of 10 to be considered for M.Tech admission at IIT Guwahati.

The cut-offs for SC candidates are as follows:

Mechanical Engineering: specialisation in

Machine Design- 470

Manufacturing Science and Engineering- 575

Fluids and Thermal Engineering-329

Computational Mechanics-N/A

Aerodynamics and Propulsion- 544
