Hi Rishu,
It may be noted that each year, the qualifying score for government medical colleges through NEET is increasing. Following the trend, you should score 600+ to be on the safe side if you are aiming for PMCH Patna or other good government medical colleges through All India Quota general category.
If you have state quota also, you should be able to score more than 550.
