Well the admissions into CIT is based on the cutoff marks which are obtained from the 12th board exams. With the cutoff marks, you will be eligible to enter single window counseling which will be held in Anna University normally in the month of June end to July 2nd week. Based on the percentage of scores you have obtained, mostly out of 200 the candidate must have a score of at least above 196.5 in order to secure a seat. The required cutoff marks can be varied for many departments.
