Here is the estimation of the positions as per stamps in ipu BCA CET: 

Beneath 500 Rank - More than 350 imprints 

500-1000 Rank --350-330 Marks 

1000-2000 Rank --330-310 Marks 

2000-3000 Rank --310-290 Marks 

3000-5000 Rank --290-250 Marks 

So you have to score around 340 imprints to get under 700.
