To get admission in GGSIPU by Jee mains you need to secure rank  less than 50,000 which means around 97-98 percentile, if you wish to take admission in top colleges of GGSIPU (for computer science engineering). But if you just want CSE and any college of GGSIPU would suit you than you need to have around 91-92 percentile. For more information you can check the previous years rank cut off list
