Hello ritik,

As per previous year analysis and cutoff's, one should get below 4000 rank for obc category to get seat in cse department .

As of whole ,you should be getting a rank below 4000 .

It also depends number of students has attended the exam.

Good luck

For a OBC candidate to get NIT Surat with computer science and engineering you must get at least 170 marks in JEE main as per the trains in the previous years question paper also the marks vary with the difficulty level of the question paper but on general 170 marks is considered to be good for OBC candidate to secure a seat into NIT Surat with computer science and engineering.
