The salary a MBA graduate get after graduating , is very much depend on your college from which you are doing MBA .

As , an IIM graduate can easily get a package within 12-50 lacks , on the other hand there are some other MBA colleges also from which you can get a package in this range too like FMS , IIFT , XLRI J , NMIMS and others.

But , if you are graduating from a tier 3 college , like , Department of Financial Studies (DFS), University of Delhi , Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee then also there are chances you can get a good package it depends on your skills ,

You can expect starring salary of a MBA graduate in range of 5-50 lacks , depending on colleges.
