The Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPAs) are a group of autonomous public institutes of higher education under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. They were established with the objectives of providing quality Architecture and physical planning education. The SPAs primarily offer undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and executive education programmes.

Previous year cut off trends show that one has to secure an All India Rank rank approximately between 400-1300 in JEE Main paper 2 for general category. 

Whereas one has to secure an OBC( Other Backward Castes) rank approximately between 250-650 in JEE Main paper 2 for OBC category.

As far as percentile is concerned, we cannot still predict it accurately but as far as this college is concerned, it is one of the best colleges in the country. I believe the percentile will be quite higher, approximately close to 99 for general category.
