Hello,
You have not mentioned your category it is important to know because cut off is different for each category. In 2019 the cut off ranks were as follows category wise for B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering in IIST

General 801
EWS:124
OBC: 308
SC/ST: 25

This is cut off in 2019, in 2020 the cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam etc.
