Hello Rafi, 

PWD certificate is checked during the document verification round of JOSAA counselling. you will be asked to visit the mentioned venue with all your relevant documents for verification. Also during actual admission process in NIT calicut, you will have to show your PWD certificate to the admission committee/authority along with other documents like class 12 marksheet, migration certificate etc.
