Hello. I will be haring some good tips and techniques for BITSAT preparation:
Maths: Focus on speed. Maths carries maximum weight age so maths shall be good for you if you prepare well.
Chemistry: Focus on Organic and Inorganic chemistry. Focus on numericals in physical chemistry.
Physics: Mechanics and electro stats are a major part.
Rest sections like English and logical reasoning, you will have to practice as much question as much you can.

So its  not about sitting for long hours but with how much dedication and sincerity like not getting distracted by phone, TV etc and devote that 2 hours sincerely.
