Dear Rakesh, there is no B.Tech in BHU. BHU offers courses in Agricultural Sciences, Medical Sciences, Arts, Commerce, Law, Performing Arts, Science, Social Sciences, etc. But if you are talking about IIT BHU, then the admissions for B.Tech is through JEE Mains & Advance.
